Registration for Basketball will be held on Sunday, 10/18/09 and Sunday, 10/25/09 from 11am-12pm in the Narthex of the old Church. Final day of registration will be Wednesday, 11/4/09 from 6:30-8:30pm in the gym.
The registration fee is $65 for the first child, $60 for the second child and $55 for three or more children. The uniform fee will be an extra charge. In addition, a one time per child per school year archdiocese registration fee of $12 is required. This fee is used to fund the archdiocese CYO sports accident supplementary financial help program.
Practices should start around 11/9; Games should start around 12/5; Games will usually go through the first weekend of Feb with playoffs following.
Practices will usually be scheduled during the week; games are usually played during the weekend with 1 game on Sat and 1 on Sun (2 games/weekend).
Please note these important rule changes that will take effect this season! These rules were proposed and ratified at the 7/21/2009 Zone II meeting.

Don’t forget: CYO fall sports registration is now in progress!
Fall sports registration is now underway. This includes Flag Football, Volleyball, and Soccer. The cost is $65 for the first child, $60 for the second child, and $55 for each additional child. Additionally, a $12 insurance fee will be charged to each child. This fee needs to be paid only once per school year, so previous forms are no longer valid. The uniform fee will be available at registration, as they vary between sizes and sports.

August 3 – 4: Group A (Age7-10) 5:30 – 7:30pm
August 5 – 6: Group B (Age11 & up) 5:30 – 7:30pm

As per organizational rules, the St. Mark CYO will be having elections for the board at a meeting on June 9th. The meeting is currently scheduled for the 9th in the Charism room, but it is subject to change. Please contact any board member if you plan on voting in the 2009 elections before June 9th to avoid any late changes. Board positions are only held for two calendar years, and half of the board is re-voted upon each year. This year, the following positions are open for election:
